Amendment XI
Ammendment XI states the Judicial Branch's limits. Also how a non-citizen can't use American Judicial power to do something since they are not an American citizen.
Amendment XII
Amendment XII talks about how to vote for the president and vice-president. Basically if the vice-president doesn't get a majority vote then the Senate gets to choose, but if the president doesn't get a majority vote then all the states get to have one vote to pick. If that doesn't work, the vice-president gets the job until the predicament is solved.
Amendment XIII
Amendment XIII talks about how slavery is unconstitutional and unlawful. Also that no United States soil can have any form of slavery ever again.
Amendment XIV
Amendment XIV ammendment talks about how no new citizen can be denied their rights of life, liberty, and property and that any state that denies anybody the right to vote will have a decrease in their number of represenatives in the House. Also that anyone that has ever been an enemy of the U.S. can't become a government official, and that
if anybody from another country tries to pay off the United State's debt it is considered illegal.

Amendment XV
Amendment XV states that anybody of another race or that have served somewhere else can still vote in America. This only applies if they are ratified citizens of America.
Amendment XVI
Amendment XVI states that Congress has the power to tax states without their consent or perimission. This is for anything congress decides and was one of the weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation.
Amendment XVII

Amendment XVII basically states that every state will have 2 senators that are also electors. Also the senators will serve in the Senate which is a part of Congress.
Amendment XVIII
Amendment XVIII that the United States prohibited or banned intoxicating liquors. Also that Congress and all other states can enforce this if they need to.
Amendment XIX
Amendment XIX states how women now have the right to vote. This right was previously only for men, no women were allowed to vote.
Amendmen XX
Ammendment XX says that a president's term will end on January 3 at 12:00pm and that Congress will meet atleast once a year on January 20. Also it mentions how Congress votes for a new president if he passes away.
